Delivery Terms

Our Delivery Times are from 6am EST to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday (unless otherwise posted on the website, or national holidays). Orders placed during the current week are delivered on the corresponding day of the menu, the following week.

For example, if you are placing an order during the current week (before our mandated order cut-off time of 5pm every Saturday), and the menu item is listed for Monday Delivery (of the upcoming week), your meal items will be delivered on that day.

Cola Gourmet food items are delivered in soft sided coolers with disposable food safe ice packs, keeping food in a safe temperature zone for 3-4 hours during the summer months, and 6-7 hours during the winter months. We ask that the cooler is placed outside for our delivery personnel to retrieve as we clean and reuse these coolers, unreturned coolers are billed at 25.00 ea.

Additionally, we’re happy to deliver your Breakfast and Lunch meals to your place of business and subsequent dinner delivery to your home. As with all our deliveries, there is no charge if the daily order minimum has been met.

Delivery Communication: Cola Gourmet may choose to use a Third-Party application for providing delivery updates for clients. Clients will receive a text message alert to confirm that a delivery was successful or unsuccessful. Standard text message rates apply.
